Our cloud-based accounting solutions allow our firm to work efficiently with clients throughout California without requiring you to drop off documents or sit in traffic to visit our office.
Monthly Bookkeeping
Every month all checking accounts, lines of credit and credit card accounts are fully reconciled. Clients have a dedicated bookkeeper assigned to their account. On the 10th of every month you will receive reports for the prior month and YTD business activity.
Financial Reporting
Timely, accurate monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. We present your financials in a clear, easy-to-understand format so you always know where your business stands.
Payroll Services
Our firm works exclusively with Gusto payroll and requires all clients to use Gusto for payroll service. We will manage ALL migration from other payroll providers to Gusto. We administrate your Gusto account, ensure all quarterly and annual filings are filed on time, and integrate payroll expense into your books accurately.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
We can manage your vendor payments and client invoicing to ensure your cash flow stays healthy and your books stay clean.
Year-End Reporting
W-2 preparation and issuance is included in our monthly package price. 1099 preparation is available at a nominal per-filing fee. We provide you a list of vendors we believe should receive a 1099 to make the process easy.
Technology Platforms We Use: QuickBooks Online, Gusto Payroll, Bill.com, and other leading cloud-based accounting tools to keep your books accurate and accessible.
