PAYROLL

  • Client Needs Only Enter Hours.  We Can Also "Auto-Pilot" a Fixed Payroll Amount.  Our Firm Oversees All Filings and Accounting for Payroll Transactions in the Quickbooks File Using the Client's Gusto.com Account
  • Quarterly Returns including Form 941, Form 940, and Unemployment and Witholding Tax Returns
  • W-2 Preparation at year end and distribution to all employees
  • Direct Deposit for each employee to a bank of their choice
  • Payroll Runs Monthly or Bi-weekly for all employees

INVOICING

(1x MONTH) $350/mo

  • One time per month your dedicated bookkeeper and record and send invoices
  • to all of your clients using an online platform which you can also access.
  • We will also manage the collections of your invoices and posting of electronic
  • payments. For checks mailed in to your office by your
  • customers we have a simple process allowing us to help you handle the deposit

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

(2x MONTH) $250/mo

  • Two times per month your dedicated bookkeeper will take invoices received from
  • your vendors and setup all payables. Images of each invoice will be saved online
  • next to the payment button you will use to pay the vendor.
  • By clicking the “pay” button a check will be dispatched from the bank to your vendor.
  • With proper authorization Jarus & Co can also dispatch your
  • payment for you after checking bank to determine funds are available

PAYROLL 10+ EMPLOYEES

                       (2x MONTH) $100/mo Flat Fee                         Plus $6/mo/emp (over 10)

  • Jarus & Co’s monthly small business packages include payroll for up to 10 employees.
  • For clients wishing to take advantage of our small business packages but have more than
  • 10 employees we are prepared to handle your payroll from start to finish for a simple fee.
  • Note both you and your employees will have access to our online payroll system to report hours and
  • download W2’s and other payroll related forms
